ASSEMBLY INFORMATION

> Our Trestle tables use fixed trestle legs, there are no hinges, ropes or stays.
> They are designed to be assembled in minutes with no tools required.
> Assembly is best done with two people.

1. WHERE CAN I HAVE A LOOK AT THIS PRODUCT?
> You are free to come and have a look at this product prior to purchase, we are located in Warkworth 0910.
> Our business is however online based, we do not have a retail store/display as such and you would be looking at the product in either our warehouse or at a local customer reference site.
> Please also check out the customer testimonials that we have commenced recording via each product listing.

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPLAINED
> All products are made to our rigorous quality schedule
> All products go through final pre-shipping checks

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & CONDITIONS EXPLAINED
The following are general warranty conditions and exclusions for all products:
(See also our full Warranty T+C via the ABOUT pages)
(a) Warranties exclude neglect, misuse, damage and normal wear and tear (for example leaving a table outside in the weather will void the warranty).
(b) Warranties exclude natural timber movement, checking/cracking and shrinkage. Unlike metal or plastic, timber is a natural material and will always have a degree of movement and colour change over time.
(c) Danish oil protection is required to be reapplied at least annually.

4. WHAT TIMBER FINISHES ARE AVAILABLE?
Any table can have either of these finish options (refer images):

(a) Danish Oil
> This is our standard finish on most products unless specified.
> This is an oil based finish applied in 3 or 4 hand rubbed coats.
> It is ideal for low wear domestic/residential situations.
> Requires re-applying at least annually, this can include a light sand to remove any marks.

(b) Penetrating Epoxy Primer
> Good affordable protection in high wear situations as it seals the timber against spills and marks (cafe/restaurant tables).
> Normally requires a light sand and re-application annually in commercial/hospitality situations.
> When used on outdoor tables, the weather cover must be fitted at all times when not in use.

(c) Liquid Polymer Glass
> Maximum protection and durability for very high wear/damage prone situations (bar tops and leaners).
> Impenetrable, completely encases the timber in a protective shell against anything that can be thrown at it (literally).
> Needs no maintenance and it will last indefinitely.
> When used on outdoor tables, the weather cover must be fitted at all times when not in use.

Options b & c we have applied by specialists.
Unless the option is specified as included with a product listing, it requires quoting based on the size and quantity of items required.

5. CAN THE TABLES BE USED OUTSIDE?
> Any of our tables can be used outside. However no table is designed to be left outside unprotected and any table warranty will be void if it is left outside exposed to the weather.
> We do not recommend that our Trestle tables are used or stored outside at all (they are not warranted for outdoor use), these tables are designed for indoor use only.
> From our solid leg range, the Outdoor table is the best choice for outdoor use and storage when not in use.
> Outdoor tables cannot be left exposed to the weather and must have its supplied cover fitted at all times when not in use.

"Investing in a hefty wooden chopping block was the best kitchen purchase I've ever made. They're gentler on your knives but they look great too - mine lives out on my counter in pride of place. Fair warning, proper quality ones are an investment piece but they last forever, My Dad has had the same two wooden chopping boards my whole life and I plan on inheriting them. As a bonus, when they eventually get scratched you can easily sand them smooth again. Buy one for someone moving out of home and they'll never know the tediousness of trying to cut an onion on a warped plastic board.

It has a knot popping out on the bottom side and what looks like a borer hole on the other. It will need significantly more sanding and the softened corners and edges are inconsistent. One corner looks like it could have been taken off with a plane. The laser logo it came with was not pictured. One end of the board isn't cut square. It is 2mm out."
TCWP: As this is the first compliant like this in 22 years, please just have it ready to be collected by our courier and we will refund in full. These are handmade rustic Macrocarpa boards, as the listing images depict. We will however adjust the listings to include the logo option. Thanks TCWP.
